New Year Benefits Checklist

It’s about time to turn the page to 2025. As you ring in the new year, here are a few things to remember so you’re prepared to make the most of your JCPenney benefits.

Making the most of HSA

Aetna Update

Remember, Aetna becomes our medical carrier on January 1, 2025. The Aetna team is ready to serve you, even if you need care or to fill a prescription on New Year’s Day.

  • ID cards: Consolidated ID cards with medical, prescription, and dental were mailed in early December. Check your mail to locate yours. You can also download a digital card on the Aetna Member Portal. Once logged in, click “ID card” at the top of the page.
  • Member Portal: The Aetna member portal is your one-stop shop for support for medical, prescription, and dental plans. From the portal, you can access ID cards, check claims, access Aetna’s unique health and wellness programs, and contact a concierge for questions and support. Don’t forget to download the Aetna app for on-the-go access.
  • In-network Doctors: You can maximize your health care dollars and receive quality care by using the Aetna nationwide network of in-network doctors. Click the plan below to start your search:
  • CVS Virtual Care:  CVS Virtual Care will be our telehealth provider. CVS Virtual Care provides access to quality primary care, 24/7 on-demand non-urgent care, and mental health service by phone or video from the comfort of your home. Log into the aetna.com member portal to pre-register today.
