Enrolling in Benefits
JCPenney makes enrolling in benefits easy. Whether it's time for Annual Enrollment, or if your eligibility status has changed, there are several options for enrolling. If you've taken the time to choose the benefits that are the best match for your life, your family and your budget, follow the steps below to enroll!
When to enroll.
Your health and welfare benefits eligibility is based on your employment status when hired, and then on an ongoing basis measured during the annual look-back period.

Newly Hired Associates
You must enroll within your first 30 days of employment to have coverage for the remainder of the year.
Change in Eligibility
If you've had a recent change in your benefits eligibility, you must enroll by the deadline listed on your JCPenney Benefits Center enrollment letter.
How to Enroll
JCPenney makes it easy for employees to enroll in benefits. There are several ways you can enroll in your JC Penney Benefits:
At work.
To enroll at work, log in to an associate kiosk and select My Benefits -> JCPenney Benefits.
At home.
To enroll from outside of work, log in to jcpassociates.com and select Associate Kiosk@Home. Once you're there, you'll find My Benefits > JCPenney Benefits.
On the go.
You can also enroll in your JCPenney benefits from your mobile device! Simply download the Alight Mobile app then enter JCPenney and log in!
