Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Sometimes life can be overwhelming. Resources for Living, JCPenney's EAP, is here to help support you through life’s challenges. All associates and their household dependents can receive care and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Mental Health
You can receive 24/7 in-the-moment phone support and up to six in-person or virtual counseling sessions per issue per year. The sessions are a free and confidential services and provided by licensed counselors who can help with issues such as:
- Mental health problems
- Emotional difficulties
- Domestic abuse
- Substance abuse
- Financial worries
Mental Well-Being
Resources for Living offers several no-cost self-guided online tools to help you get a pulse check on your mental well-being and access tools to improve your mental and emotional state.
