Making the most of HSA

Now that you’ve selected your medical and dental plans, review the tips below to prepare for your transition to Aetna.

ID Cards

You will receive new ID cards in the mail in early 2025. You can also download your ID cards through the Aetna.com member portal of the Aetna Health app.

In-network Doctors

Aetna has a nationwide network of quality providers. Check to see if your doctor or dentist is in the Aetna network.

Enroll in the Aetna Health Member Portal

Access your Aetna information on the go with the Aetna member portal and app. You will have access to:

  • ID Cards
  • In-network and telehealth provider search tools
  • Health plan summary and information about what is covered
  • Track deductible tools
  • Claims information and much more

Online: Go to Aetna.com to create an account and log in to your member website.

Mobile App: Click the links below or text “GETAPP” to 90156 for a link to download the app and create an account.
